- Our Quarterly subscription is billed at £34.99 per quarter.
This recurring payment will automatically be billed every 3 months until the end of your contract or until you cancel your account.
If you do not want to continue your subscription you must notify us within 24 hours before your next billing date.

- A Sonic Academy Subscription entitles you to stream all videos from our website, to do this you will need an active internet connection and you will need to be logged into the website.
You can also download course samples and resources which are available from the "Files & Resources" tab on each product page.
The videos for each course are available as a download, but they are priced on a per course basis. - I want to cancel my subscription
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by simply sending an email to customerservice@sonicacademy.com
Please ensure to include your username & registered email address in the email.
Please note: Your cancellation request must be sent at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date
- I have a University Of Ableton code, how do i view my videos?
- Your University Of Ableton code entitles you to stream our Ableton Live videos from our site for 30 days. You will require an active internet connection and a valid University of Ableton code, which can be obtained directly from the Ableton website
To activate your code, please click the University Of Ableton logo at the top of the page.
From here, fill out the registration form, including your promotional code
Once your account is activated, return to the site, log in and select the University of Ableton logo once again from the top of the site.
You should now be able to view all of the videos on the page that are available to you.
- Where is my confirmation email?
- To use our site your must provide a valid email address
Sometimes this email can arrive into your "Spam" folder, so please check there first if you have not received your mail within 5 or 10 minutes.
If you still cannot find your confirmation mail please contact customerservice@sonicacademy.com
- I can't log in to the site
- Firstly please ensure you have confirmed your account by clicking the activation link in your confirmation email. If you have not received one, please contact customerservice@sonicacademy.com
If you have confirmed your account and think you may have forgotten your password, please try using the forgot password utility to reset your password.

- What benefits do i get as an Annual Subscriber?

- I have bought a subscription but i cannot access the videos
- There are a number of reasons that this could happen
1. If you have paid via Paypal and are using the "eCheque" method to fund the payment - this can take up to 5 working days to clear into our account before your account is activated.
2. Your subscription may have expired - our subscriptions only last for 12 months so once you exceed this time your subscription will automatically expire. - to regain access you will need to re-subscribe
3. There may have been a problem collecting payment for your account, in which case your account would have been downgraded - to fix this simply re-subscribe
