How To DJ

If you've ever wanted to get on the decks, rock any party and inflict you're own unique taste in music on the crowd then there's a budding DJ inside you busting to get out. Our How to DJ course is the perfect place to get you started, packed with hands on experience with the latest state of the art DJ equipment all here at Sonic Academy's brand new Training Centre. All you need to bring is a love of music and a desire to get creative as we supply turntables, mixers, headphones and bags full of top class tunes no matter the genre. Everyone taking part will work towards their own mixed and mastered Sound Camp mix CD and a chance to perform at our closing event, so there is no time to waste, get registered now to grab one of the limited places on this course.

How To Record a Band

Are you in a band, do you play an instrument or are you simply busting to get into a real recording studio to see how it's done? Then our How to Record a Band course will be right up your street. Our ace team of Sonic Academy producers will be opening the doors to our brand new professional recording studio and showing how to record, produce, mix and master a full rock band. From guitars and bass to drums, vocals, keyboards and beyond we'll be showing you all the techniques you need to produce the next stadium rumbling rock anthem. So if you're Back in Black or Smell a bit like Teen Spirit then we want you to join our studio team for the full week and get invloved. No previous studio experience is needed and we will provide all the gear for you to use while you're here but if you have a favourite guitar, pedal board, amp or even kazoo then feel free to bring it along and we'll get it recorded!

Our How to Make Dance Music course gets you on the right path to super stardom giving you hands on experience using the latest software and hardware to start putting together beats, basslines, synth parts and samples. Our expert Sonic Academy production team will take you through the whole tune making process giving everyone attending a full mixed and mastered dance track by the end of the week. So whether you're into Hip Hop, Trance, Techno, House, Drum N Bass or any other electronic genre under the sun this is the perfect course to get your production career off the starting blocks and into the ears of dance fans around the world! Due to high demand we will be running this course twice giving all attendees the option to get on board another exciting Sond Camp course on the alternate week.

With everyone under the sun checking out stuff on Youtube on a daily basis making a music video is an essential part of how to get your music out there and heard by millions.
