Course description
Softube clearly heard that we were running a Synthwave Event so kindly decided to release their new Model 82 soft synth emulation of the classic Roland SH101 to coincide, and who better than to check it out than synth royalty Mr King Unique himself!
Carefully modelled on the original circuitry with a few extra perks, Softube have made the most-used mono synth of the ’80s and ’90s easily accessible and DAW friendly. In this video, Matt looks at where it all started before diving into the GUI and sounds that this brilliant recreation can make. We also check out how we can capture that SH101 sound in ANA 2!
