Course description
This week, we welcome back Taylor Franklyn with an all-new 'How To Make' course, where he builds a track from the ground up in the style of CID, inspired by his hit Fancy $hit.
The course begins by analysing the original track, exploring how Melbourne Bounce has evolved over the years and fused with modern Tech House. From there, Taylor breaks down the signature elements that define the style before crafting punchy drums, designing a powerful but simple bassline, and creating the distinctive lead sound.
You'll also learn how to add impactful transition FX, process and arrange the vocals, and finish everything off with a professional mix and master to achieve a polished, club-ready record.
By the end of the course, you'll have a hard-hitting recreation packed with production techniques and workflow tips that you can apply to your own music.
